I strongly ask for refund or exchange of strap due to the following reason. 1. The strap I receive is a substand strap, where the size of strap is bigger than 24 mm, and u need to put some force to insert it. 2. The strap I receive is definitely can get from some other resources woth much cheaper price, such as tao bao. 3. Very poor customer service. Nomad act like nothing happened even I have written several comment on the strap I received. Perhaps they should improve the customer service as well as quality control in the future.
Goods received in good condition, extremely fast, you can always rely on DHL. For a quality products you need a quality courier service.. Keep it up.

Absolutely love this strap, the quality is superb.
A bit hard for the first few days, but I think it will soften by itself later. I love it, the thick leather seems goes very well with my Seiko - SKXs and Turtles.
Leather may feel a bit tough at first, but after several days it feels just fine. Quality is obvious, and that’s the most crucial component.
